All members of my product range are gluten-free, they are made exclusively in factories that produces only gluten-free products. In addition to being gluten-free, most of the products are also free of milk, lactose, sugar, yeast, rice, corn, eggs and soy. I also offer a wide selection for people interested in, or following a vegan and paleo lifestyle.
In addition to all kinds of free products, I place a lot of emphasis on the fact that those who follow a conscious diet can also find the delicacies that suit them in my store. My products, carefully selected with the help of professionals, enable the intake of the correct nutrients, as well as, conscious nutrition.
If you come and visit me, besides the high-quality, low-carb and additive-free baked goods containing valuable ingredients, you can also choose from a large number of raw materials and sweet delicacies that keep your blood sugar level stable and promote the proper functioning of your thyroid gland. In addition, the products are very, very delicious. Even if there is no involvement in the family, you can still enjoy it all together.

My Story
As someone who is sensitive to flour, I have always wanted to not only be able to smell the aroma of freshly baked pastries, but also to have a choice, and to be able to bite into my favourite immediately, after leaving the store.
I’m Enikő Bartalos, who was given a new chance at life, when I was just one year old, with the stipulation that I must follow a strict gluten-free diet for the rest of her life. And I accepted it and am grateful that I can live healthy. I always felt that there are no shops in Veszprém and its surroundings, where I can get free from, high-quality ingredients, gourmet products and tasty fresh baked goods in one place.
Well, this is where the Enikővel Mentesen business started. Since, in my private life, I am a housewife, with two children, and always active in the kitchen, I have taken up the apron in my business life as well. Since the opening I have been feeding you well, with lots of delicious and healthy free gourmet food!
